Members may exit their investment at any time with the following conditions:

A 50% penalty on invested capital.
Deduction of all referral commissions earned to date.
Standard processing time of 7 business days.

4.3 Referral Compensation

Earn bonuses for direct referrals.
Monthly salaries (e.g., 100 USDT) for meeting specific referral volume targets.
Bonuses increase with performance (e.g., double the salary for doubled targets).

5. Risk Disclosure

6. Stop Loss and Risk Control Features

System performance is monitored continuously, but no technology can eliminate risk entirely.

7. Intellectual Property

10. Service Availability and Downtime

While we strive to ensure 24/7 service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, or external factors may result in downtime. PPN is not liable for losses arising from downtime.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PPN and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your:

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 30 days.

14. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a neutral location agreed upon by both parties. The laws of the jurisdiction in which PPN is registered will govern these Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices posted on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and PPN. Any prior agreements or understandings are hereby superseded.
